The purpose of this document is to offer guidance on appropriate punishment and prevent unnecessary punishment that could lead to problems in the future. If the user has already been punished for, for example, Cuff Abuse, if they are on their first offense, they will be punished for the second offense. Logging moderation in the moderation logs channel is mandatory for everyone. The High-Command team will check to ensure that there are no mistakes in the punishment and logs. If the individual is banned and their ban logs haven't been logged in that channel, that ban will be considered non-validated. It will be reverted and you could be punished for admin abuse. Make sure to have reliable evidence to prove that the individual committed the crime. Witnesses are not permitted, only evidence like screenshots and videos.
Killing other players without any valid reason for RP.
Killing someone with a vehicle without any reason in role-play.
Not engaging in the roleplay.
Provoking the police.
Returning to the same scenarios after death.
Leaving the game to avoid jail or any punishment.
Leaving the game during combat to avoid death.
Driving unrealistically in the roleplay.
Using skins and outfits that don't match with the roleplay.
